Summary

This is a personal professional website. It collects personal information in exactly one place — the contact form — and uses it for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry. There is no advertising, no sale of data, and no marketing list.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide — your name, email address, optional company, and the details of your inquiry — is validated on the server and delivered as an email to Arif Mughal through Resend, a transactional email provider. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website. The resulting email is retained in the recipient mailbox like ordinary business correspondence, for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your inquiry.

The form includes anti-spam measures (a hidden honeypot field and, when enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile). If Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes limited technical information to distinguish humans from bots; see Cloudflare’s own privacy documentation for details.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use advertising trackers, session recording, or marketing cookies. The only browser storage used is a single preference (your light/dark theme choice) kept in your browser’s local storage — it never leaves your device. If privacy-focused, cookieless page analytics (such as Vercel Web Analytics) are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all web hosts, Vercel processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and protect the platform. See Vercel’s privacy documentation for details of that processing.

Your rights and contact

You may ask what information from your inquiry is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form, or reply to any email you have received from this site, and the request will be honored promptly.

Changes to this policy

If the site’s data handling changes — for example, if analytics are enabled — this page will be updated before or alongside that change.
